Human Consulting Group (CEO Jaehyun Park, hereinafter HCG), the largest and best HR company in Korea, announced the launch of 'talenx', an all-in-one HR SaaS platform that presents a new paradigm in HR management.
talenx is an integrated talent management solution that combines key HR modules, including performance management, evaluation modules, attendance management, personnel management, and workflow.
HCG has already proven the operational effectiveness and cost efficiency of HR SaaS by providing cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) centered on performance management and evaluation modules. Furthermore, they have designed the all-in-one HR SaaS platform, "talenx" by combining the expertise of customized HR solutions that have been validated by over 800 client companies and more than 700,000 users.
Digital transformation, the expansion of remote work, and cost efficiency are driving rapid growth in the domestic HR SaaS market. According to a report by market research firm Maximize Market Research, the HR SaaS market is expected to grow at an annual rate of 12.5%.
There are numerous solutions available in the domestic HR SaaS market. However, many existing HR solutions are focused on specific modules such as attendance, recruitment, or performance management. Even when solutions offer all HR modules, they are often limited to use by small businesses, according to HCG's assessment.
In contrast, talenx offers a rich set of features that can be used by a wide range of companies, from startups that prefer agile operations to large corporations that require complex systems and diverse operational environments. One of its key differentiators is the flexibility to configure and apply all HR functions according to the HR philosophy and operational policies of the client company.
Additionally, talenx enhances the connectivity and flexibility unique to HR SaaS by allowing automatic integration with popular work tools like Google, Microsoft, Slack, Cisco, Naver, and Kakao, as well as real-time data integration with proprietary enterprise groupware and ERP systems used by large corporations.
